My turn to share...

Hi everyone, its Ebony and it's my turn to share some of my creations with you using Lil Red Rocket goodies!!
Today I have 3 to share!!!!
This first one is based on a color challenge over on the crate paper blog. however I missed the deadline! oops!!! But I LOVE these little vintage like animal buttons!!! I have shared these before with you but I think they are so sweet!!!
Here is a closeup of the button!!!!! So adorable!!!!!

Next I have a layout based on a Bekky Higgins sketch and a challenge that Aussie scrap source is running. You can check it out here if you like.
My favourite button of all time is the red heart buttons.....I LOVE these!!!!!!!! So here is a  layout using one!

I have brushed on various colors of Mister Hueys mists to create my rainbow background!

I loved this brushing technique so much I tried it again on this page!

I loved these journalling tags and knew I wanted to use them on a page of my nephew. They actually have cute little cars on them but I just couldnt make my layout work showing the images, but how cool are these tags as you can use them for any layout if you dont want the images on them!!!!! They make awesome photo matts!!!

These  traffic and helicopter buttons are perfect for boys layouts!!!! Love these on this layout!!!!

Thanks for popping by!

Two to share!

Two pages from me today...

Such a milestone for my eldest and our whole family...our first one to go to school.
I wanted a feminine layout but not too over the top.

The LRR button was just perfect to make the focus, a centrepiece for the layout and to draw my eye to the photo.

The gorgeous flags at LRR are my fav things to use at the moment, and this one was just right, PRINCESS. My eldest child, eldest daughter off to school. So proud.

My 2nd page is a bit different, but still using a BUTTON as a feature....I do LOVE LRR buttons!!!

I think the button completes the visual triangle and adds something other than stars which I have a few of on the page.

Well that's it from me for today...I'm off to quickly get some paint down and perhaps finish a page before the school run.

Fabric Flowers

it's Crystal here coming to you today with a Guest Post using one of the gorgeous Lil Red Rocket Fabric Flowers.

This Black and White flower is the perfect addition to any page. I've used it as my main embellishment and teamed it with a few extra small ones to complete this page with minimal colour.

Quick and simple

Hi everyone, it's Chloe here, just sharing some quick and simple pages for my 52 week album.  Is anyone else out there doing a 52 week album this year?  I completed my first one last year and we just love it!  My kids love looking through it, remembering little moments and events :-).  Like the post title suggests, I keep these pages relatively quick and simple - after all, I have to do 52 of them this year!!  LOL

So, here's a couple with some fabulous Lil' Red Rocket goodies on them:

My little girl's first day at prep (using a Scrapbooking Top 50 sketch):

Love the gorgeous BUTTERFLY!!  And the "He said, She says" embellishment ... and, of course, the check button which is the perfect colour to match my daughter's school uniform :-)

Skip a couple of weeks, LOL ... and here's a page about Easter Morning (using a Stuck?! Sketch):

And the perfect button ... a bunny!!!
And a swirly twine flower underneath :-)

That's all from me for now,
Happy Scrapping!!

Yay! It's my turn!!!

When I saw that I had one of the cutest Fox buttons from Lil Red Rocket in my goodie bag at the Retreat I went on - I KNEW I had to use it... and use it on a layout about Chei's love of the movie Fantastic Mr Fox!

So this layout was BASED around the button, so I used the colours of the button to create my page...

I've had these cute little girly girl buttons, and thought it would be perfect for the Scrap the Girls Challenge for May...

of course I had to use one for each girl....

how adorable are they???

The last layout I want to share is for my May 123 Challenge sample...

As you might notice I am loving using twine & twirling it around the buttons - to create a focus on them!

I hope you've been inspired to get out your buttons and twine - and have a twirl... I mean whirl ;)

See ya next time!

Love Charm xo
